Ask them to do whatever they have to do to undo the damage. If they don't,
advise them that you have no choice but to file an OSC re contempt.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Judgment in Chapter 7 case
Hello,
Chapter 7 case is pending awaiting the Trustee's report. Meanwhile, client
received a Notice of Involuntary Lien. Abstract of Judgment was recorded
with LA County Clerk February 18, 2010. Original Creditor was notified about
the Bankruptcy filing at the time of filing. After I contacted the law
office representing Plaintiff, they told me that they were not aware of
bankruptcy. What should be done next? Thank you.
Maria.
