Sounds like you need to refer the case to a more experienced bankruptcy
attorney. We are here to help, but we cannot completely strategize your
cases for you.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Prospective Ch7 filing?
My client wants to file personal Ch 7 here and is the president of a company
tht is going through a Chp 11 in Texas. She runs a business here. She
intends to surrender her home but wants to protect the business. I am not
sure of the procedure to protect the business. Any pitfalls or traps I need
to be wary of?

Is she also a shareholder? A President is just an employee of the corporation. If she is you must list her % of the corporation and value that stock. List all corporate debts she is personally liable for. e corp must be listed in the SOFA if your client is a shareholder.
