Objection to POC secured creditor
Anyone have a sample obj to POC willing to share? Secured creditor (jewelery store) filed a POC but the creditor is not the one who has the loan according to the copy of the assignment of contract attached to the claim. They also claim value of the collateral is full loan amount, which of course it isn't, and provided no evidence of the value.
Creditor has not objected to my cram-down provision but trustee is complaining!
