My client lives in a mobile home in the City of Lancaster Re-
development district currently subject to a NOD. The 45 days are up on
the 29th. Wife just got a job. They are behind $2000 that they don't
have. They actually have net assets on a ch 7 liquidation of about 8K
because if the value of the mobile home (If 703 is the correct
exemption statute for a mobile home). He has a student loan that he
would have to pay off in a 13 but these people need every cent they can
get. They a 22K last year and have 3 young children. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
