recommendation for a state court attorney

Can anyone recommend a state court attorney who is experienced at suing banks, specifically One West, for breach of loan modification contract. Indymac entered into a loan modification, the client complied and paid the payments. Two years after the filing of the Chp 13 during which the client was current the payments, they moved for relief from stay claiming that the agreement was not valid. I worked with it for over 7 months but the Bk Court stated it was a state court issue and now issued relief from stay. OneWest wil not modify. There is plenty of time because NOD was not even recorded.
