Lien Strip Motion Local Form

I am speaking of a motion to value real property and treat a junior deed
of trust as unsecured in a 13. My understanding, after the post, is
that it has been approved by the chapter 13 committee but not for use
yet as it has not been approved by the forms committee.

The new form raises an interesting question regarding supplemental
attorney fees.
