Unfortunately, the one that works best is "Non-bankruptcy Forum", but it can't be used for obvious reasons. I was just wondering if anyone had this situation come up before, and what form they used....

It is definitely something youre doing against the debtor and property of the estate, so relief would be necessary. Whether it is an abstract of judgment or a mortgage, it is an interest in real property, so I guess Id use that form, although I imagine the form is not real conducive to this type of situation. Id read through all relevant forms, such as real property and the Non-Bankruptcy Forum one and see which works best.

Where the BK debtor is the holder of a lien you'd like to strip, is there a requirement to get relief from stay? If so, what form do you use?
