To Be or Not to Be? (Newbie Question..)

Totally from the hip here...but there is a 6 month tolling from the date of filing of the petition, right? Maybe they will not be divorced by the 341?

Termination of status date and bk filing date are the two critical dates.
Nothing else matters.
