Has anyone had a case that was forced to convert to a Chapter 13?

couple of years ago, I sent the trustee a tax refund check, and ust stopped trying to dismiss. There is a lot of case law that says trustee, ust, no one can sell a discharge, so you have to be careful, but really, when a debtor puts up the debtor's assets for liquidation, it makes little sense to dismiss. What is the projected income, will 60 times exceed the distribution?

Follow up question: the case has at least $8,500 in assets. How does that
affect the UST's motion to dismiss for abuse? Does the Chapter 7 trustee
fight it for the assets? Is there a bar to refiling?
