Student loans in Chapter 13 Plan - can we have them paid first?
Have not seen a case allowing this preference.

Woefully no. I have several recent posts on this exact same topic and the answer is that a student loan is an unsecured debt that just happens to be non-dischargable and it can't get preferential treatment.
