Thanks Chris. Just saw your message, been away from this site for a
couple weeks. I'll keep it in mind. We'll need it to supplement
the overall evaluation. When we're ready, can you prepare a summary
of some of her key procedural requirements? Personal courtroom
dislikes and preferences. Probably best to leave it anonymous. My
fax number is 818-901-0880.

So far, I've received a summary of judge's predilictions and a
summary of procedures for particular bankruptcy situations
applicable across the board for all judges from David Lally and a
comprehensive profile on BAP and BK Court judges which includes the
background and personal history of each judge from Brett Culee.
Some of the profiles were credted quite some time ago, but are
supplemented by information gathered right up to October 2003 for
Judge Bluebond.
I've added the Judicial Variance study from the court's website. (I
was completely unaware of this study until I heard about it at the
meeting.) If you haven't seen it you need to go to the court
website and do a search for "variance". You'll be surprised by what
you get if you've not seen it before.
Plese contact me if you can supply background notes you've prepared
for your own use for the various judges. They'd be very helpful,
even if you have to edit them or just mark them "Not for
Attribution" and I won't refer to you as the source.
Next step is to set and interview Judge Tighe.
