I filed a chapter 7 case in October and the OUST threatened with a 707 motion
or convert. I agreed to convert to 13.
The OUST filed a motion to extend time to file 707 motion or motion to
dismiss to March 05.
My question is whether OUST's motion also give my client additional time to
convert beyond the last day to file nondischargeabiltiy complaint or more than
60 days after the date when the 341(a) hearing first set?
For obvious reasons, my client would like to stay in 7 as long as possible.
Anyone?
