Judge Greenwald Case Reassignments ****** Valley Lawyers TAKE NOTE
Effective June 1, 2005, pending bankruptcy cases and adversary
proceedings assigned to Judge Arthur M. Greenwald are reassigned to
either Judge Kathleen T. Lax, Judge Geraldine Mund, or
Judge Maureen A. Tighe in the San Fernando Valley Division as
follows:
Chapter 7 and Chapter 11
after January 1, 2004, together with pending related adversary
proceedings, are reassigned to Judge Maureen A. Tighe.
prior to December 31, 2003, with bankruptcy case numbers ending
in "0," "2," "4," "6," or "8," together with pending related
adversary proceedings (except for those pending related adversary
proceedings set forth on Exhibit A), are reassigned to Judge
Kathleen T. Lax.
prior to December 31, 2003, with bankruptcy case numbers ending
in "1," " 3," " 5," "7," or "9," together with pending related
adversary proceedings (except for those pending related adversary
proceedings set forth on Exhibit A), are reassigned to Judge
Geraldine Mund.
All pending chapter 13 cases, regardless of the filing date,
together with
pending related adversary proceedings, are reassigned to Judge
Maureen A.
Tighe.
Adversary
Proceedings
In addition to the adversary proceedings that are reassigned as
indicated
above, pending adversary proceedings set forth on Exhibit A
(attached) are
reassigned to Judge Maureen A. Tighe without the main bankruptcy
case.
For pleadings filed on or after June 1, 2005, the initials "AG"
following the bankruptcy
case/adversary proceeding numbers shall be replaced with the new
initials "KL," "GM," or "MT," as
applicable.
