Dear Colleagues!
Please review Judge Bason's recently updated procedures as it involves out Ch13 practice (attached and on the Court's website). Again, the Court is urging the Ch13 practioners NOT to use the new CH13 plan (for cases filled AFTER 12/1/17) to avoid liens (in the new plan) for 4 - 6 months until we become more familiar with the new plan and work any any "bugs" with it.
