I have a simple Chapter 7 involving a corporation that provided diagnostic testing to individuals only upon referral from their physicians. The entity ceased operating in November 2010.
Query--upon filing the case yesterday, there was a deadline set for the appointment of a patient care ombudsman per 333. I am not sure the requirement applies to this case. My reasoning is that 333 applies to a "health care service", and 101(27A) defines a health care service to be one that offers the facilities and services to the general public. In my case, tests were only done upon doctor referral. Anyway, does any one else have experience with this, and/or suggestions?
