This is NOT a big deal, either go to the hearing and straighten things for BB or, If I'm their I'll get things squared.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Am I in trouble with BB - re reaff hearing set on court's own motion
BB set a hearing on a car reaff of mine. I signed off in Part C, but forgot to check the box that says it's an undue hardship but I believe debtor can make the payments. Debtor did not explain (adequately) in Part D how he is going to pay when his income is negative. We just put "Creditor payment included in Schedule J".
Admitedly, this is some sloppy work of mine and NOT representative of my product. I must have been having a bad day. Is there any way I can fix this, or am I just going to take a beating at the hearing? Can we or should we file an amended reaff?
