?? Judge Bluebond does not hear NO Chapter 13 cases.

Does anyone have knowledge whether Judge Bluebond will allow lien stripping in a Chapter 13 when no discharge will be granted since the debtors obtained a recent discharge in Chapter 7?

She doesn't handle 13s. Even if the 7 was assigned to her originally, the 13 will be assigned to one of the chapter 13 judges.
