Back to the issue at hand, I spoke to Aki about this recently and he
referred me to Section 1304 "Debtor engaged in business." He stated that
they don't have a hard line rule and debtor's counsel should be prepared
to justify the fee. Sometimes you just have to make an argument.
Just keep in mind...pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered.
