Dear Listmates,
I have an evidentiary hearing on December 17 and am preparing the exhibits. As you know, LBR 9070-1(a)(3) states: "The parties presenting exhibits must tag the exhibits and prepare an exhibit register on the form available from the clerk's office . . ." When I got the exhibit tags from the clerk's office, I was told that they didn't have the exhibit register form, but that it was available on the Court's website. I have been unable to find this form on the website.
Do any of you know where on the website I can find the exhibit register form? In the alternative, do any of you have a blank exhibit register form you'd be willing to email to me?
