I've done one once, will be paid $600, and it's definitely not
remunerative compared to the work. It is paid by the lender, provided
the client follows through. I'll try and send you the pleading later.

I'd like to see the case docket and motion. I am interested to hear
privately what attorneys think is a reasonable fee for this service. I
have heard attorneys are paid straight from the refi of the car. I am
curious to hear your experiences with this. Will a Carmax appraisal
suffice? Will Blue Book suffice? What other evidence of value do I need?
