I've got an AP defense in hand and want to associate someone on a temporary basis to handle discovery and perhaps pre-trial motions.
Knowledge of FRCP/FRBP and some experience in BK preferred. Prior work with APs a big plus. I don't care where you went to Law School or what grades you got, I do care that you be logical, and have a command of information processing. That's what discovery is.

This case is before Judge Albert in Santa Ana and it is really interesting.
