Surrendering Real Property in Chapter 13

I am considering filing a notice of surrender to put the lender on notice that my debtor is surrending a rental property. This is a Santa Ana case and in the past Amrane has requested a letter informing the lender. Here I am thinking to give them official notice that the tenants have not paid rent in several month in hopes of motivating the bank to take the property back and move forward with an eviction. More importantly, my debtor does not
Any thoughts on this?
