Refiled Proofs of Claims on 506 lien stripped mortgages
I've now had 2nd mortgages that were stripped refile their Proof of Claim twice in two separate cases. They are not checked as amended.
I don't understand their move.
Does anyone have a thought as to what presumably nefarious intent might be behind this?
