The issue is with respect to an Assignment Order , not a pre-judgment writ of attachment. Creditor already has a judgment and is seeking to enforce it claiming that the stay is lifted under 362(c)(3) .

Not a stay issue, under California Law, the pre-judgment writ of attachment is void upon the filing of the bankruptcy. I dont believe there is any way to resurrect the attachment order.
