Review the 9th Circuit "In re Arrol" case. I used it once to exempt
Debtor's Michigan homestead.

If SB308 passes the Assembly it will eliminate the 6 month reinvestment

My client wants to spend his homestead in the state of Washington. It looks to me that the limit up there is $125,000. Am I correct that this meets the homestead requirements so long as he buys within the six month deadline? Are there any other issues with respect to using the homestead in another state?
