Chap 13: Mortgage lender pays prepetition property tax

Even though Wells Fargo paid the claim post-petition, it is still a pre-petition claim. It should be included with their proof of claim and their mortgage payments should be adjusted to the normal contractual amount. I would ask Wells Fargo to amend its claim to include the pre-petition property taxes.
