My client is in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and recently received a notice from "REM Division of Notification" saying they qualify for an auto loan of up to $39,000. Does anyone have any clients who received a similar notice? Does anyone know whether this offer is from a legitimate company? I looked into it a little bit and it seems to be associated with this website: http://bankruptcycourtdata.com/
But nothing I've read has convinced me one way or the other. Any insight would be appreciated!
