I have an unopposed section 522(f) Order uploaded with the declaration of no opposition recieved uploaded, and the Notice of Lodgement uploaded. All filed and sent to chambers Monday.
The Judge is Russell. Can anyone tell me what I can expect in terms of turnaround? About 6 months ago Judge Smith took three weeks to sign an identical Order. A few weeks ago Judge Klein took less than 24 hours to sign one.
