Has anyone had a trial in Chatsworth collection court yet (limited jurisdiction)?
Holly:
Many of the judge's throughout the state are allowing in multiple hearsay
and allowing phony custodians of records (they work for debt buyer and
attended one afternoon of training at the creditor regarding record
keeping-often three years ago) for the debt buyers testify as if they are
custodians for the original creditor.
Who was the judge? What department?
At one point they were saying the judge(s) in Chatsworth would be sending
trials to other courtrooms. Was your judge going to try the case
him/herself or send it to another courtroom?
