I think the first letter is the MOST interesting of them all -- Chp. 11 being the best of all chapters!

I did a law school internship for Judge Jaroslovsky 20 years ago. Very
picky judge, but also a real mensch. I learned a great deal about
professionalism from him.

FYI Northern California Courts send out the plan to the creditors. Down here the attorneys do. Another difference is the Chapter 7 retainers are higher than up here, amazing that they have such strong attorney representation for Chapter 7's. Wonder what they are doing different?
