Potential (pro bono) client has a tax saver account, also known as a flexible savings account. His employer contributes part of his pay into his tax saver account, and the funds can only be withdrawn by employee for medical and dental expenses that he pays (and which are not paid by other insurance). Does the money in this account fit in a specific exemption? Or does part of the wildcard have to be used?
Thank you!
