I am told Sheriffs post evictions by zip code. That is they do so many zips on Monday, and so on through the week.
debtor gets a five day notice from Sheriff before lock out.
As a result, almost always two weeks.
But, you know, if the writ comes in and the zip is up in 7 days, the property could be posted rather quickly (well, ok, not often)
