Just so I am clear on what *can* happen: in a chapter 7 if the debtor had
a pending lawsuit against a creditor prepetition which is now part of the
chapter 7 bankruptcy estate, the creditor could purchase that claim from
the chapter 7 trustee and dismiss the lawsuit against him, correct?
