Certified Mail Necessary for Service of Entered Order?
Hi, all,
I am preparing the order on a LAM, and had a service question. I served the notice and motion upon the FDIC-insured institutions via certified mail, per FRBP 7004(h).
My question: Is it also necessary to serve the entered order via certified mail upon those same institutions?
