Just wanted to share our good news . Judge Johnson was overturned on
appeal. Ive attached a copy of the opinion issued today. This was our
chapter 13 case with a below median income debtor (on Social Security), who
proposed a 0% plan, with a lien strip. Its been a long-haul. Its been
two years since the first case was filed.
Ashley did a great job assisting with the research and writing of the
brief, as well as Tara Twomey from NACBA. I am grateful for their
assistance.
