Judge Johnson and draconian rules of law....

A number of NACBA members practicing in the Riverside jurisdiction of
Central California have encountered summary dismissals of their clients
cases based on failure to comply with draconian judicial requirements not
included in the Code. NACBA has been involved in several appeals of
wrongfully dismissed cases and we are actively seeking stories from the
trenches concerning cases in which bankruptcy clients were denied their
rights under the Bankruptcy Code. In addition to approaching the problem
through traditional appellate procedures, NACBA is exploring other avenues
for relief. Stories from practitioners in the district who have encountered
problems are asked to fill out the Case Analysis
