Motion for early disbursement of monies owed
Dear List mates,
I have a client in Chapter 7 that is owed about $350,000 after all creditors, the trustee and other admin claims have been paid.
They need this surplus returned to them ASAP so that they may pay off part of their house.
Is there a motion that I can file which will formally request these funds? We want to expedite the matter.
