self-settled trusts

Read the case. But, my debtor was not insolvent at the time of the
transfers, so I do not see how the trustee can avoid the transfers which
were 11 years ago under reverse alter ego. I guess will see what the
trustee does.

Subject: [cdcbaa] self-settled trusts
I have a debtor who created an irrevocable trust 11 years ago. Her kids are the beneficiaries of the trust. I know that there is a 10 years statute of limitations to set aside a self-settled trust. The trustee hired counsel to deal with potential assets. Can the trustee set aside the trust when it is past 10 years?
