Corollary: 100% of those who do not file for bankruptcy because their home
equity exceeds their exemption do not lose their home in the bankruptcy they
did not file.

Dear Dennis,
At the site I noticed that a Chapter 7 Trustee stated: "Fully 95% of all debtors who come through the Bankruptcy court for Chapter 7 bankruptcy are allowed to keep everything they own under the current exemption allowed." It reminds me of an important study that concluded that 87.375% of all self-serving statistics are made up. And of a recent article in the LA Times that reported that there has been a 6.25% increase in meaningless statistics over the same time last year.
