I agree with the other posts. If the trustee consents and there are no
objecting creditors, I don't appear.

I have a chapter 13 confirmation with Neil Bason tomorrow at 9am. Kathy Dockery office have told me it will be on the consent calendar.
What does Bason do with consent calendar?
I was thinking about not showing up because Dockery reads the consent calendar and if no creditor contest, no appearance needed, right?
Do you normally show up in this situation? (I have shown up before and it was basically check in and go home :-) ----since it is on the consent calendar).
