Experience; I've filed many contractors and no one lost their license.
In fact, I've filed so that they can keep their license. If they cannot
afford to pay the CSLB will take a bankruptcy in lieu of actual payment.

The Contractors license is in the name of the corporation.
The Debtor is the individual who qualifies for the license.
The Debtor is filing as an individual.
The Corporation is not filing.
Anyone know if the State Contractors License Board will require the Debtor to turn over the license?
Anyone know if the Corporation can keep the license.
Any other words of wisdom and experience?
