105(a) Court's Power to Dismiss A Case

Anyone know the procedures to ask the court to dismiss a bankruptcy on its own powers? My client did not file an adversary within the 90 days after filing, the Ch 7 Trustee filed a motion to extend the time to file a 727 but that deadline has now passed. I am working with the FBI but these people are targeting elderly people and stealing their paid for homes. My client is one of many. There is one adversary that was timely filed with the same fact pattern and same players. This is in front of a Judge who is strict on procedures.
By Motion to the Court? Anyone with an example?
