Charges for filing "proof of claim" - post petition debt?

I just received a notice from a mortgage holder, Bank of America, that they were charging my client $300 as a post-petition debt for filing a "proof of claim" in her confirmed Ch13 case. This is the first time I've seen this. Has anyone run into this and what, if anything, can be done or did you do?

It is common practice and their deed of trust allows it.
