For those of you disposed late on Friday to the list serve:
Ex-wife's attorney has a fee award pursuant to a final order in divorce court that my client is to pay "toward" the attorneys fee. It does not say who the payee is, but it is the attorney making the claim.
I know under 11 U.S.C. 101 and 507 that if it is to a wife or child and other designated recipient it is in fact priority. Here I'm not so sure.
Should I object to it or just amend the plan?
