I am shocked at Biden and Bayh, so-called liberals. And shocked that

seems kind of odd, but the list I posted came directly
from the Thomas locator, the official web site of the
Congress. The letters she wrote to all of us were the
same. She said she would vote for the bill but the
bill needed the Schumer amendement. The Schumer
amendment was defeated, so it is speculation, but
logical, that she would vote against.
