Folks:
I have uploaded to our document bank a Response to Objection to
Confirmation due to the Addendum. The Objection being filed states that
the Addendum has been made superfluous dues to the New Federal Rules of
Bankruptcy Procedure 3001 and 3002.1. I disagree. So far Judge Houle and
Judge Albert have agreed with me.
Also, I have uploaded a Motion for Order to Show Cause regarding
compliance with the Order on Confirmation related to the Addendum.
Please let me know if you have any success with these documents.
