Nunc pro tunc motion

Dear Mark,
You should be able to get the erroneous address corrected in your lien strip with a nunc pro tunc motion. After all, the error arose as the result of someone elses mistake.
Although I havent done a nunc pro tunc motion in this particular context, I successfully did one a couple of years ago, and have attached the Word file. You might find it handy as a starting point.
