Need sample agreements/pleadings

Does anyone have the following:
1) Motion to Disqualify opposing counsel? (Conflict of Interest - Breach of
K case; attorney sued client for fees from a family law case; the attorney
representing the plaintiff/attorney represented my guy's ex wife in the
underlying family law case. So these two attorneys (plaintiff and his
counsel) were adverse in the family law matter. There is much opportunity
for collusion to support attorney's billing in that matter, to my client's
detriment. In other words, opposing counsel's law firm will also be a
witness. Opposing counsel even listed law firm partner as witness in this
breach of contract case.)
2) Lease or rent to own business equipment Ch 11 small business Debtor to
purchase from principal since Debtor has been making all the loan payments
since inception)
3) Lease or rent to own real estate (business shop) (Ch 11 small business
Debtor to purchase from principal since Debtor has been making all the loan
payments since inception)
Although these are cases in Idaho, I would like to look at some samples and
will modify based on state law in Idaho.
