CHAPTER 11 ATTYS - I NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK RIGHT NOW

I know we don't like "Thank you" responses on here, but this one is
special. I want to say "thank you" to everyone who helped me brainstorm my
Chapter 11 case. I got a conditional confirmation today, pending the UST's
review of all the documents I filed this morning (stip, changed ballots,
amended ballot summary, etc.), and I have to file a declaration supporting
cram down. But all in all this went as well as could be expected. My
clients live 4 hours away and they are tired of driving out to these
hearings.
Thank you everyone for your brain trust and for being willing to hear me
out on this case! I really appreciate you!

FRBP says a creditor can change its vote "for cause shown" after "notice and a hearing." There's no time to do a motion to change the vote or give notice that this is happening, but it sounds like this is a normal occurance before confirmation? Deals made in the hallway to change votes? I should say that the change is that they get paid off in 40 months instead
of 60 on their secured claim. Everyone else is paid over 60 months on their
secured claims, but they are in separate classes.

Confirmation is tomorrow. I have an undersecrued creditor who is agreeing
to change his vote from NO to YES, for a higher monthly payment on his
secured claim portion. This will help me get the plan confirmed. The extra
money is coming from a budgeted item in the Plan (insurance) that we just
learned is $1900 less per month than we had budgeted for.
CAN I MAKE THIS DEAL WITHOUT HAVING TO GET A CONTINUANCE AND GIVE NOTICE TO
EVERYONE? I DON'T SEE HOW OTHER CREDITORS ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTED.
This is a small business case and I am out of time, no more continuances
