Im wondering if we should ever use it. Does anyone really think title companies are going to read Chapter 13 plans confirmation orders with multiple provisions to get to the one provision that removes the lien?

Dear Colleagues!
involves out Ch13 practice (attached and on the Court's website). Again, the Court is urging the Ch13 practioners NOT to use the new CH13 plan (for cases filled AFTER 12/1/17) to avoid liens (in the new plan) for 4 - 6 months until we become more familiar with the new plan and work any any "bugs" with it.
